I first got to know the McAdam & Turnbull Realty team in 2011 and had a few Property Managers before Paul Schuster entered the scene! What a difference did Paul make to managing the property I was renting! His professionalism and supportive nature helped me navigate the rental market place. Paul saw me as a person renting a property, which was my home and not someone just to make money for a Landlord! He listened to my concerns when needed and promptly had things rectified, and when it came time for rental increases Paul worked for the Landlord and myself for the best outcome for both of us! His view on this was looking after me, he was looking after the property investment of the Landlord. He never wanted the property to slide down a slippery slope into a poorly maintained and devalued property! A Landlord or a Tenant, you could not go past Paul to ensure that you are being looked after!

We live in SA and having a property in Qld, meant that we had to rely on Paul to keep us up-to-date with any issues associated with the property. At times we had to deal with challenging tenants.
