Ensuring that calls get through, clients and tenants enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently and keeping the reception generally humming is Abi’s main role. Tradies love Abi having keys ready for them to be in and out quickly and on with their jobs.
Abi understands the reception is the first greeting in our commitment to outstanding customer service and brings to the role her years of interaction with others – through Pony Club and other community involvement in her home town of Millmerran and previous roles before joining the McAdam and Turnbull Realty team.
